All instrumentalists, between age of 9 and 17, are welcome to participate in the LMF Music contest with any instrument of choice. The skill level of applicants should range from intermediate to advanced.

An original copy of the application form and letter of recommendation, accompanied by a $15.00 non-refundable payment, must be mailed. Payment will be accepted in the form of check or money order made payable to Lisker Music Foundation. All applications must be received on or before April 20,2005.

Applicants will be notified of their scheduled audition via regular mail. Also, all schedules will be available on LMF's website www.liskermusic.org

Auditions will be held on Sunday May 1-st, 2005 at the Northbrook Public Library. Please make sure to arrive ON TIME for your scheduled addition. If there is scheduling conflict please contact LMF at least a week prior.
