ALEX TURIK
Chairman
Alex was born in St. Petersburg, Russia where as a child he was exposed to world class musicians, Mariinsky Ballet and the art exhibitions of Hermitage museum. At the age of 11 Alex and his family moved to Israel. After his army service in the IDF, Alex moved to Chicago for his undergraduate studies. In 2004, Alex graduated from DePaul University with a double major in Finance and Computer Science. Shortly after graduation, he was recruited to JP Morgan's financial analyst training program. In 2008, he was accepted to the University of Chicago MBA program, and in 2009, together with his brother Nik, he founded a commercial real estate company, HAN Capital, where he currently serves as a President.
Alex is very passionate about Russian and Jewish culture and literature, spirituality and philanthropic work. He recently moved to Boca Raton Florida with his wife Gabriela and their 3 kids.
BARRY JILIN

Barry Jilin is a highly accomplished leader with a strong foundation in financial, analytical, and operational expertise.
Barry's proficiency extends across multiple channels, and he excels in managing assets, fostering relationships, leading teams, solving complex problems, and creating value. His ability to leverage his knowledge of the financial industry, coupled with his expertise in marketing, business, and management, has been instrumental in his career success.
Barry is a graduate of DePaul University, where he earned his degree in Finance and Economics.
Barry's commitment to making a positive impact extends beyond his professional endeavors. He serves as an ambassador for various non-profit organizations, actively supporting charitable causes and continuously striving to enhance the community. Currently, Barry is a member of the board of advisors for the Lisker Music Foundation and participates annually in the MS Ride for Life.
MARK KELNER
Board Member
Born and raised in the greater Chicagoland area, Mark Kelner has been cultivating his passion for this incredible city since childhood. Mark hosts a degree in Molecular Biology from Loyola University Chicago. Attending university in Chicago allowed him the experience of getting to know all that this city has to offer with regards to entertainment, culture, nightlife, hot spots, parks, and other facets that will uniquely influence real estate, and people overall experience both as a buyer as well as a seller.
Living in the modern age of technology Mark , a prominent broker in Illinois and Florida, has been able to utilize every facet of the latest advancements in Real Estate for the purchase and sale of properties.
Aside from business Mark is staying active both physically and philanthropically. Mark is also passionate about contributing to the vibrancy of Chicago, with his decades of work with the Lisker Music Foundation, which is a non-for-profit organization dedicated towards infusing the music scene of Chicago through its acclaimed classical concert series, scholarship opportunities for young students, and outreach programs.
